This collection showcases my recent adventures in hat making. One draw back to being a dread-head is that all of a sudden it is much harder to find hats to fit over one's knotty head. Therefore I set out on a mission to transform funky old skirts, jackets etc. into fantastic new hats and in the process found another obsession...

Nicole (aka the Neck-Tie Avenger) lives in the beautiful mountains of the Kootneys in BC, Canada. She is a textile artist and designer, who creates one of a kind clothing using second-hand and recycled materials. She specializes in funky, retro inspired clothing and harbours an obsession to neck-ties. Her interests also include mountain biking, snowboarding, cooking (she is a Red-Seal chef), ashtanga yoga environmental preservation.
