Cesar has always loved doing color pencil pieces. The rich colors and textures combined witth the detail are a tough combination to beat. Cesar is available for private commissions.
This was an image I created in a sketcbook and everyone who saw it just loved it. I took it out of the sketchbook, framed it and sold it in the blink of an eye.
