summer time is going pretty busy. i didn't have any time for photography, but i did some cleaning of old dusty folders on my computer and fished out some new old pictures that never got anywhere.

The Neck-tie Collection

The Neck-Tie collection (and my obsession with recycled ties) began a few years ago when I was inspired by a friend's Dad who had made his mother a neck-tie skirt back in 70's. My first try at a skirt ended up being a gown as I realized the legnth of old ties was perfect for a full gown. Since then I have been making tie hats, purses, skirts, bodices, capes and using them to embellish everything from jeans to tux's. All are available in many colours and sizes and I also do custom work (recently I've done numerous grad dresses.)
